So Milicia decided to be that someone. She founded Mendez Diaz Contracting with one promise: to be the team that shows up when it matters most, and doesn't leave until every detail is right.
Today that promise covers the whole finish line of a project: extra hands on site, a spotless final clean, every deficiency corrected, and offices that stay clean long after the builders are gone.
